Zinc Plated Carbon Steel 2-Ear Clamps

• Pressure: As a guideline, 2-Ear Clamps successfully seal at 54 Bar - 800 PSI with 35 pulsating strokes per minute. 
• Material: Zinc plated carbon steel. SAE 1008/1010.
• Note: When ordering 2-Ear clamps, select nominal size nearest to, but always larger than, O.D. of material to be clamped after insert has been fitted.
• The one-piece design offers a positive, tamper-proof seal without damaging the hose.

These 2-Ear Clamps are especially suited for industrial use and with vibrating equipment. This is a medium pressure clamp and is widely used for maintenance and OEM applications. Rubber hose, plastic tubing, coaxial and electrical cable, rope, etc. are all easily clamped. Steel 2-Ear Clamps are installed on air, fluid, gas and steam lines.
